King of the White Fairies of the Earth and Wind who reside in the “Green House” in the Green Forest. He'a called the "Green-eyed Fairy King" by Rosely. Despite the white fairy code of staying out of the human world, he protects Rosely and raises her as if she were his daughter for five years.
