The fourth maid working for Mrs. Lavendar. Although she doesn't talk much, she's very loyal and often plays along with her eccentricities. The name Charlotta isn't actually her real name, but a nickname bestowed upon by Mrs. Lavendar to each subsequent sister of her first maid, Charlotta, following a humorous incident in which she referred to her second maid as such.
