After Nakao dies during the trip to the beach, she becomes emotionally unstable. During the class trip, after listening to the tape left by Matsunaga she starts to think Mei is the dead one and goes on a rampage trying to kill her and encouraging the other class members to do so. She ends up getting choked and killed by a pillar and some strings that fell due to the collapse of the mansion. Akazawa is shocked when she realizes she's dead.
