Emanniel is the Queen of the Underworld who upon trying to reclaim the Earth is stopped by an Angel that accidentally traps her inside of Kohta's testicles. She is waiting for Kohta to ejaculate so she can take what she believes is hers, the Earth. She does have a time limit of only one month to fulfill her wish.
