Height 179 cm A mysterious man that appears in Aoba's room unannounced. His body is covered in piercings. He seems to be quite good with technology and leads his own Rhyme team, Ruff Rabbit.

Apart for his tongue, Noiz has a numbed down sense of touch. This has caused him to enter numerous fights, because he couldn't understand the physical pain that he dealt to other people. For that reason he was isolated by his parents in a room for many years and suffered loneliness.
