Kei Nijimura is the Higashikata family's housekeeper.

She is eventually revealed to be the daughter of Holy Joestar-Kira, making her Yoshikage Kira's younger sister. Kei is also a stand user who wields Born This Way, an automatic stand that produces freezing wind which activates when her target opens something.
