She is a student of Starlight Academy and a popular net idol. She is the rival of Ran Shibuki. She apparently skipped classes for her Net Live in the school's underground studio. Thus earning her the title "The Underground Sun" (地下の太陽 Chika no Taiyō). Hikari displays a calm, collected type of personality. Despite her flashy entrances, she is very humble about her popularity, and very serious about work, training extensively by herself.
