An agent from the Magic Association sent to investigate the rumor of a Holy Grail War starting in the city of Snowfield, California. He is Rohngall's apprentice.

He is actually a spy for a division of the United States government that keeps track of magic-related activities and incidents. He makes a declaration of warning to the Magi who seek the Holy Grail, and proceeds to keep track of the war as it goes along.
