Now, the teenager has been stranded in the magical realm of Twisted Wonderland after a black horse-drawn carriage ran into him while he was delivering a customer's order. A strange happening around the campus emerges following the exam season, with several students sprouting sea anemones from the top of their heads—including Yuu's friends Grim, Ace Trappola, and Deuce Spade. Matters only worsen when those affected are told that they have become indentured servants to Octavinelle's housewarden, Azul Ashengrotto, as a result of magical contracts they had previously signed with him. Unaffected since he never entered a deal with Azul, Yuu must find a way to break the contracts and save his friends.
